At Urban Body Jewelry, we prioritize hygiene and safety, allowing returns on unworn and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all jewelry remains in its original heat-sealed clear packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Confirm your items are unworn and still sealed in their original, tamper-evident plastic packaging to comply with health and safety regulations.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  Package Securely

  Place the sealed items in a padded envelope or small box along with a copy of your invoice to ensure the jewelry is protected during transit.

  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a carrier of your choice with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in the mail.
