Our Helical Areng Wooden Spiral Hangers come in a range of 8G (3mm) to 1/2" (12mm) sizes with an additional 18G size for regular piercings. Carefully crafted by hand, each piece boasts a unique and smooth spiral design made from areng wood. Please note that the pattern and color of each hanger may vary.
