Dangling threadless top piece that has a v-shape and is accented with blue topaz cz gems. Attached is a dangling, teardrop blue topaz cz gem. Made from 14kt nickel-free white gold with a 316L stainless steel pin which measures 25G. Length is approximately 5mm. Top size measures at 13mm x 8mm. Sold individually (top only).
